Technologicalprocess: feeding - correction - heating - molding - unloading, five steps
1上、下电炉均采用进口加热管,板材受热均匀,具有防垂及反吹功能,让制品壁厚更加均匀,对5毫米以上厚板材吸塑加工更凸显效果;

2、自动化程度高:PLC电脑控制,根据用户需要可选加储料室及自动上料装置,无需人工上料和取件,无需人工对版,减少不安全因素和劳动强度;

3、能耗低:电炉均采用进口红外加热管,板材受热均匀,加热板升温快(2-3秒达到制定温度),电炉推进时灯管自动开启,电炉退回后灯管自动关闭,减少不必要的电能损失,比其他吸塑机省电30%以上,采用先进的数码功率控温,不受外网电压的影响,自动校正功率,较普通型综合节约30%电能
Lowenergy consumption: furnace adopts imported infrared heating tube, plateuniform heating, the heating plate heat up quickly (2-3seconds able to reachthe temperature), lamp automatically open when the furnace propulsion, furnacetubes automatically shut down after furnace return, reduce unnecessary energyloss, 30% power save more than other forming machines. Adopting the advanceddigital temperature control, power voltage is not affected by the network, automaticcorrection. Comparing ordinary machines our machine is saving 30% electricity;
4、换模成本低:自动无极活动模板窗,更换模具时,电脑操作需要任意调整纵横向的压料框,无需更换,托料板的长度方向也可做到调节,适应不同大小的模具,这样**减少换模成本。窗,能有效调节各种尺寸模具
